Tevin Greene Tattoos – Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A BOOKING FEE UNLESS WE HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE, TIME, AND DESIGN.
A $150 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This booking fee goes toward the final cost of your tattoo and helps protect my time as a working artist.
One booking fee is required per appointment.
Booking Fee Rollovers:
Booking fees can be rolled over one time only under the following conditions:

You reschedule with at least 4 days’ notice (96 hours before your appointment).
If you need to reschedule more than once, even with proper notice, your original deposit will be voided and a new booking fee will be required to book another date.
Booking Fees Will Be Forfeited If:

You cancel or reschedule with less than 4 days’ notice.

You no-call/no-show your appointment.

You arrive more than 30 minutes late without communication.

You show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

You show up without a valid ID.

You bring children without prior approval (this can disrupt the session).

You arrive with a medical condition that risks safety (e.g., flu symptoms, COVID-related concerns, rashes, sunburn).

You use numbing cream without prior approval.

You request major changes to the design the day of your appointment.

You take my design and have it tattooed elsewhere.
Additional Design Fees:
If you request significant design changes after we’ve already started your concept, or if you change your mind entirely, an extra design fee may apply based on the time required.
Design fees are separate from your booking fee and non-deductible from your final tattoo price.
Numbing Cream Policy:
All numbing creams must be approved ahead of time and applied according to artist instructions. Use of numbing creams without approval may result in:

Loss of booking fee

Compromised tattoo quality

Cancellation of the session
I respect your time, and I ask for the same in return. This booking fee policy is in place to ensure that time, effort, and energy are respected on both sides of the tattoo process.
